Welcome to MAYDE. This website is owned and operated by MAYDE. When you choose to purchase our product/s you are subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide with these.
Personal Details - Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of MAYDE.
MAYDE does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website. Your credit card details are processed by our Australian Payment Processor eWay. eWay is linked to our bank's merchant account.
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. MAYDE reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
You have a few options when it comes to ordering any of MAYDE's products. they are:
Option 1 - Ordering Online
This is the most popular and efficient way to order. Once you have made your selection, simply proceed through our checkout steps, where your payment will be transacted instantly upon clicking the MAKE PAYMENT button. You should also feel safe in the knowledge that all your information is securely transferred through a 128 bit SSL encrypted connection provided by E-Gate.
After you have completed your transaction you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
Option 2 - Email
Orders can be submitted via email. Simply email email@example.com listing the items that you wish to purchase (make sure you include the colour) and we will get back to you within 24 hours with an order confirmation.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay and direct deposit. For these options, you will need to enter firstname.lastname@example.org to proceed. Orders will be dispatched once your payment has been confirmed.
AVAILABILITY & BACK ORDERS
From time to time items that are listed as in stock may in fact not be. We apologise if this situation does occur and will contact you within 3 working days to offer you a refund, or discuss placing the item on back order for you or offering you a suitable alternative.
Some items listed on the site may be special order items. In the case that you have ordered a product that falls into this category we will contact you within 3 working days to notify you of this and discuss the estimated delivery time. At this point you can decide whether to continue with your order or cancel it and receive a full refund.
At MAYDE we like to make your online shopping experience as pleasant and simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you both quickly and efficiently.
Shipping within Australia
• Orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hrs.
• Towels are shipped at a flat rate of $10.00 for orders under $75.00
• Order are shipped via Australia Post or Courier.
• Orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hrs of placement.
• Order are shipped via Australia Post Pack & Track, Australia Post Express Post International or Courier
• Generally orders will be received within 10 working days, although certain destinations may take longer.
• Items shipped internationally are insured against loss or damage and this cost is included in your shipping quote.
CARE & MAINTENENCE
All our products are made from 100% Cotton or a cotton/bamboo blend. Please take care of your product by washing in cold water with gentle cleaning products. Avoid harsh chemicals. Do not tumble dry as this may cause shrinkage and always leave product to dry in a cool shaded area to avoid fading and sun bleaching. Where possible avoid hanging your product as this may warp the shape.
FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES
Most of the MAYDE Turkish towels are hand loomed in Turkey. Any slight variations in stitches or threads are intentional. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at email@example.com and we will organise a replacement for you.
Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order. You will be required to follow the same steps as with Returns.
DUTIES AND TAXES
At checkout, your final purchase price and the shipping amount will be displayed. If your purchase is shipped to an Australian address, GST will be included in the purchase price. Items shipped overseas will be exclusive of GST. Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. As MAYDE is unable to advise how much these duties will cost, MAYDE will contact you prior to order dispatch. Please respond to this e-mail promptly to ensure a timely dispatch of your order.
If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will track it for you.
