Where do we ship to?


MAYDE ships all around the world! However if you’re visiting us from NZ, please head over to You’ll save money and it will arrive a lot quicker! However for everyone else, please continue ordering through our Australian website.

How much does shipping cost?

All domestic orders are chaged a flat fee of $10, or $20 if you select Express Post. For international orders, please see the below table for our rates! For 1-2 towels, it would cost you a flat rate of $20.

When will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders Monday through Friday – all orders received in before midday are shipped same day. Any orders that arrive after midday are shipped next day (unless we’re super efficient and manage to squeeze it in on the same day – lucky you!).

When will I receive my order?

It all depends on where we’re shipping to – for domestic east coast orders, please allow 2-5 days for delivery. For WA/NT/SA, please allow 6-10 days. For international shipments, general shipping is 3-10 days. Regardless of where you are, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information – you can then track your parcel 24/7

What if I change my mind after I place my order?

That’s cool, we change our minds on the daily! Simply email us as soon as possible at explaining what you would like to change, as well as your order number – if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, then we’ll do everything we can to assist in your request.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, or your order number. Please email us at with details of your return before sending your order back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Note: We only cover postage for faulty products - we do not cover return shipping for change of mind.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless deamed faulty.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to the below address.

Shipping Refunds
All postage costs associated with exchanges are not refunded by MAYDE unless the product is deemed faulty.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We take no responsibility, nor are we legally responsible for lost or damaged items in transit to you. Once parcels are posted they become the property of Australia Post / International shipping company. If your package is delivered to you with visible damage or appears to have been opened/tampered in any way, please ensure that this is noted with the AusPost / International shipping representative upon delivery.

Please ensure you have correctly entered your delivery address to avoid it being returned to us as undeliverable. Further shipping costs will be incurred to have the package resent to you.
